We don't ask you to bring your problems to us, We go to YOU.

With most Computer business's, if you want to avail of their services, you have to work it their way, bring the computer to them to repair. This isn't always as easy as it sounds.

First you have to arrange a time to bring it into them, then you have to take everything apart, bundle it into the car ...or worse, have to carry it on the bus. Then you have to battle your way through the traffic, find a place to park, then walk three blocks to the repair centre, where you will be told to ring in two or three days to see if it's ready. When eventually it is ready, you have to go through the whole process in reverse to get it back!!!

At HELP@HAND® we do things very differently. We call to YOU, at a time that suits YOU. Most calls received before midday, are dealt with on the same day ...failing that, the following day.

So, no wondering how long it will take to get your computer back. As well as that, 95% of all calls can be sorted out in your home, you only pay for the time you know was actually spent working on your computer.
